This app is designed for the Global Liberian Community to plan and manage SCHOOL REUNIONS, FAMILY REUNIONS, FUNERAL SERVICES, WEDDINGS and ANY OTHER event online. Specialize WORKFLOWS are designed for each Event Type.
The app enables the Event Planner to:
1. Advertise the event online. The Ad will be automatically displayed on the
smartphones and tablets of Liberians and Friends of Liberia around the
world. The Liberian flag will pop-up on your smartphone or tablet when a
new event announcement is posted. The Event guests can view news feeds
and the program artifacts directly from their smartphones and tablets.
2. The Event Planner can generate the PROGRAM GUIDE and EVERYTING
ELSE related to the Event online and distribute the PROGRAM GUIDE,
THANK YOU CARD, etc. electronically to the guests' smartphones and tablets.

3. The Event Planner can view the R.S.V.P List online. As prospective
guests opt to attend the Event they are added to the R.S.V.P. List.

the Event guests online before the EVENT begins. The DATE and TIME
for electronically distributing the Event artifacts can be set in advance
in the system.
The ADVERTISEMENT MODULE enables businesses to advertise their products and services to the Global Liberian Community.
Credible news paper companies around the World post News feeds about Liberia thorough out the day. The news and the Ads are automatically displayed on the smartphones and tablets of Liberians around the world.
During the Event the system automatically notifies the guests that R.S.V.P. when it is time to upload their photos and videos of the Event to the Event Photo Library. The Event Photo Library can store thousands of your guests' photos.
